it seems that the new update has stopped nterraria and I get the steam DLL error. Ive tried reinstalling it and it is in the terraria folder but no luck. this only started once the newest terraria update came out.
Hello! I can't access the FAQ section (I'm logged in but when I go to the wiki, it logs out --'). So I put this message here, sorry for the trouble!
I have 2 problems (well one problem and one bug).
First, I tried to play to a vanilla-created world (I copied-pasted it to the good folder), but then when I try launching it with N Terraria 6, it tells me there is no saved game, and thus the world cannot be launched. Is there anything I can do? Or are the vanilla worlds not compatible with this mod?
Second, the bug, which is completely unrelated. The trophies don't seam to save correctely : every time I launch my game, they pop up again. It is not a problem (Steam saved them), but it is kinda annoying (yeah, in post-Plantera, I still have Oh Shiny each time I play a new game sessions and I mine ore xD)
For the first issue, since NT6, the mod can't load vanilla worlds due to inconsistency on loading them.
Those are caused because the decompilation bugs the mod loading system, and while trying to fix the world loading, I certainly make the mod load the incorrect value type, causing N Terraria world and Terraria worlds incompatible.
Currently on steam it is 1.3.4, so would that effect anything or have any chance of a patch because as far as I can tell there is no possible way to revert back to 188.8.131.52 and I really enjoy the mod, and it doesn't make the mod unplayable but it would be a nice feature to have. Thank you for all your work.
So, one night i got a message that read "What a terrible night to have a cursed moon...", The moon turned red, but the water did not change color. So i knew it wasnt the ordinary blood moon. Hardmode enemies started to spawn (Nothing big, just Possessed armor, Wandering eye's, and Wraith's.) until the end of the night. Is there a page on this? Couldnt seem to find one.
it appears that the function is behaving as "if hit enemy(at all) use item to the immediate left", and that includes using a mining device from the inventory as it rapidly digs and then places a torche on that exact spot, or rapidly placing a stone block then dirt block.
it appears attack speed works fine for classic swinging types without exception and most spears, but it doesn't affect yoyos or thrown weapons seemingly at all. most obvious with the scourge and vampire knives, cause you get a very obvious projectile and the sound of it's use, but the too very clearly not syncing up.
